The truth is - we don't. However emails from our domain sent to Xtra / Yahoo users have been hitting spam bins. While Yahoo are trying to be helpful in adding us to a whitelist, they can only achieve this by making us jump through hoops and register as a "bulk emailer". We are not bulk emailers,
and we find this impersonal treatment quite silly. But I guess that's Xtra / Yahoo for you!
